Conquer your Fear of Water.
- I teach a lot of people who have a fear of water. They all learn how to swim in the end. How? By practice and by doing.
Teaching people with a fear of water has to be slow and gentle. Taking the lesson at their pace. Each lesson you will be encouraged to try something new, like slowly put your chin in the water or slowly bend your knees and gently walk through the water.
I teach in the pool with the student, so this will give you the confidence to feel safe and secure. No barking and no busy pool (generally the pool is empty with one or two members in it). These conditions are perfect for learning how to overcome your fear of water.
If you have any bad experiences with water they can be overcome, with time and patience. I can teach you how to swim.
